As part a proud part of Centurion, we stand by our duty to comply with requirements stipulated in Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) management systems as defined by ISO 9001:2015 and SCC* (VCA*) standards, and to improve these systems' effectiveness on an ongoing basis.

H2M’s Management is committed to making all resources available that may be required to fulfil this duty. Policy has been drafted to comply with all relevant legislation and regulations.

All H2M personnel are responsible for carrying out work in compliance with the pre-defined procedures and work instructions as detailed in the QHSE management system.


Our customers' requirements play a central role in H2M's Quality Management System. H2M BV formulates objectives annually, and our management team audits the Quality Management System annually in order to ensure its continued suitability relevance and effectiveness. This audit provides insight into opportunities for improvement, as well as the need for any changes to the quality management system, policies and objectives.

Health Safety & Environment (HSE)

Policy has been drafted to provide maximum levels of safety and optimal measures for safeguarding the health and well-being of all parties involved and employed at H2M BV.

The aim is to eliminate all foreseeable hazards for both company and third-party personnel that could result in personal injury, occupational illness, fire, and damage to property and the environment.

Working Conditions and Absenteeism Policy

Our working conditions and absenteeism policy has been drafted to ensure proper and healthy working conditions. Its aim is to make the conditions in which personnel work on a daily basis as comfortable and healthy as possible. An absenteeism policy has been drafted to help minimize absenteeism due to illness as much as possible. It is also the aim of this policy to provide proper assistance concerning optimal recovery and a timely return to work.

Sexual intimidation, Aggression and Violence

Policy has been drafted to prevent and combat sexual intimidation, aggression and violence. The successful implementation of this HSE policy requires the full cooperation of all company and third-party personnel to make a positive contribution. It is everybody's duty to work towards improving health, safety and well-being at the work site.

Continual Improvement

H2M’s management acknowledges that the care of Health, Safety and Environment as an continuous process. There are ongoing efforts made to work more safely and effectively to support the constant improvement of working conditions.

Policies are audited annually and revised if deemed necessary. Policies shall be revised at least once every three years.
